We offer fitness for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are coached by a knowledgable CrossFit trainer with years of experience!

4:30 and 5:30pm
This is our CrossFit Class, high intensity, constantly varied and functional movements. Check the “WOD” link to see the workouts we are up to lately. Don’t get freaked out, every class is coached and everything is demonstrated before we begin!
Saturday & Sunday
10am – 12pm
Here you can do whatever you want, there are coaches in the gym at all times and always willing to help.
Saturday mornings are a gym favourite as we all do partner or team workouts!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Our Teen Fitness Program is a general fitness program for teens in junior high and high school. This class will teach and enforce movement quality and technique, teaching our youth the proper way to move and use weights in a safe environment. It’s fun, fast paced, and a guaranteed way to improve fitness and get kids moving!
Strength & Cardio Circuit
Tuesday and Thursday
You’ll burn calories through high intensity interval training which will incorporate midline core stability and abdominal strengthening movements. No barbells and little weight. Workouts are 30-45 minutes of constant work!
